Yo guys,

As promised in my YARD (Yet-Another-Red-Dihedral TR), I would post a climbing video. Finished it yesterday and posted it last night. Enjoy!

New video: Youtube: Red Dihedral - The Climb

Sweet video. I was up there on monday. only party on the route. It looked like positive vibes was the route da jour. We passed on the tunnel through pitch and did the laser cut corner 10a/b instead. Super good. I should post some photos.

James,

Yeah, I'd love to see photos of the 10a/b topout. I didn't realize there was a different way to end it. I'll have to do that next time. Positive Vibrations is definitely on the list!

Omot,

Thanks! I wish I shot some video of us on Bear Creek Spire. That would be some more great video, with the stellar views and fun climbing.

My iMovie skills are slowly improving -- learning what kind of shots work and how to edit the footage down into a coherent story is tough!

The Incredible Hulk rocks. I couldn't believe how good the rock was. Most High Sierra routes (my grand total is now 3) seem to have a fair amount of choss.

(yea, shameless bump)

Tad, spaced on getting a photo of the pitch but it's the obvious laser cut corner with a huge block at the top. then go out right avoiding lichen covered OW. Turn corner to the right, west{?} face and short 5.6 to top out.

James,

So is this after P10, or P11? Just went through my photos, and neither my partner or I took very good pics up there either.

Hm. This is the best I have.

Are you talking about the corner to the right that you walk past on the way to the base of P11, or something up higher?
