I just got back from visiting my fam in San Diego... and thawed myself out climbing in the good ol' Southern California sun.
A shout out to the climbs up in Mission Gorge and El Cajon, its good to get back to your roots every now and then, especially now that I returned home to Yosemite to find my house buried in snow!
Back to Tele turns... but still very THANKFUL for WARM walls in winter!

warbler, did you get aload of those california poppies on the hillside last spring above boulder creek?
nice work out there btw, lots of time and money going in up that way.
heres to warm bluebird days in the winter!

Steve W - yes, I was there during the Tsunami - a close call out snorkeling that day... My account was in the Sept '05 "Epics" issue of "Climbing" if you care to read it. I don't sleep near the beach anymore...
