A small adaptation often overlooked in evolution is the development of callused hands. The calluses often reflect the texture of velcro. Perhaps it's a trait not yet fully evolved?

That's not evolution, that is just an adaptation, a change within a kind. The "bear" is just a highly adopted fish. Show us a new species developing.
