As with most of the people around the taco stand, I too have had the opportunity to deal with many corners of our local communities. A few weeks ago I posted a thread about my desire to get back into climbing and to obtain some gear. I just wanted to take the time to thank those that helped me out and to the general outpouring of encouragement from my fellow climbing communities. Having already chalked up fifteen years as a Cali climber it really did not surprise me that much. The climbing community is one of the few places that I have traveled where you can find genuine friends with a deep desire to see each other succeed and to hold them accountable along the way. I hope that God allows me the physical ability to enjoy many more years to develop new friendships and deepen the ones that already exist.
