Thanks for the nutritional note but therein lies the beauty...I just blew ass so hard that I'm pretty sure there is nothing left inside me from the package. It's like I never ate it in the first place.

Damn vegan hippy nutritionist...live a little huh.

FYI...I finished it off with double stuff oreos to guaruntee blowing it from the pie hole. I'm 5'9 158 and have eaten the same sh#t and kept the same weight for 10 years.
