kinda looks like an exposed rock ridge in the distant background behind a forest... not sure but Berkeley was more developed or at least vegetated back then?

I say Hunter Hill in Vallejo, never climbed there but looking from the freeway, similar barren hills and groadie looking stone.

Thought maybe that was a rooftop! Could be way off. The rock tonal values and makeup look like the could be Indian. I went up to Hunter Hill once and the rock was darker if I remember right. Could be though.

I can't imagine he was climbing Pinns back in the day, but that's what the rock reminds me of.
