Just had a great two weeks of photography on the Eastside. This was definitely a work trip, where I logged back to back 80+ hour weeks as assistant instructor to David Muench for Mountain Light's summer workshops. We spent week one based in Bishop where we visited the bristlecones, Alabama Hills, Rock Creek, Mono Lake, and Hot Creek. The second week was based in Lee Vining and we spent time in Tuolumne, Tioga Pass, Mono Lake, and Bodie. We had a special permit to enter Bodie before sunrise and have access to the inside of the buildings, with ranger supervision. That was really fun. Took a few days to unwind after that and I'm just finishing sorting through everything. Managed a couple days of climbing with my old friend Tyler Logan last weekend. We tried to climb the Harding route on Conness last sunday but bailed due to weather, but squeezed in a quick solo of Cathedral before driving home on Monday.

I posted a stack of the photos on my facebook page, which should be viewable by clicking this link (hope it works):
