Big wall music, music for walls. It's got me thinkin'. Some really cool routes are named after classic tunes like Crosstown Traffic, Electric Ladyland, etc. Would like to see (and hear) what song titles you would give to the classics, your favorite, or a route you're thinking about doing.
Everything on the south face of the column will probably have titles from The Culture Club or Wham but i'm sure there is a Steppenwolf out there.
Let's hear it!

Magic Carpet Ride is too obvious.
A good cavers' route could be Subterranean Homesick Blues
Ammon might put up "Life in the Fast Lane"
Probably more people than should be alive could up a Talking Head's classic "Psycho Killer"
Stairway to Heaven must be in numerous places already (and just like in any guitar store, the expression "No Stairway!" might apply here)

There has got to be a "Another One Bites the Dust" somewhere.

“Summerland”, Yosemite Falls Wall.
A song by King’s X off of the album “Gretchen Goes to Nebraska” 1989. One of my favorite bands – check ‘em out! And, we topped out on the summer solstice, the 21st.
The “Psycho Killer” pitch was originally named by Greg Child (part of what later became Wyoming Sheep Ranch). Check out Climbing Magazine #162, p. 83 or ST Big Walls 1st ed., p. 84 for more details.
I believe that Klaus has stolen a bunch of song names...

Not sure where to put this... I just figured out that Surrealistic Pillar at Lover's Leap must have been named after the Jefferson Airplane album "Surrealistic Pillow"
I wasn't alive when it came out, and just now meandering in that musical direction, so these separate paths hadn't crossed for me yet.

I was thinking of that song for the Regular NWFHD. After all, we've lost Psyche Flake, the Undercling Pitch, and most of the Robbins Traverse already. Thank God Ledge next?

Nut, I've similarly come across route names that turn out to be classic tunes that I only recently started listening to.
Now, as for the OP, I would for "Blood and Coin" rename it "Cello Opening Theme Song" or whatever its called for Game of Thrones. lol
