Anybody out there in Supertopia know where to find replacement brushes for a Bosch Bulldog? I am rebulding and modifying it for a remote battery.

Thanks,

Here's the link for the Bosch Tools factory authorized repair/service and parts. Search by zip code:
http://www.boschtools.com/product-services/service-center-locator/

Or, call: 1-877-BOSCH99

They will send you the parts quickly. The Bosch brushes are very easy to replace. Priced less than $20, the last time I purchased them. You will want a pair of spring-loaded carbon brushes to fit cordless 24V Bulldogs, (model # 11213 and 11213R).

Bosch has excellent support for parts and service. You can also have your rotohammer reconditioned relatively inexpensively.

When replacing the brushes, it would be a wise to do an inspection and cleaning. With the brushes out, you can then split the forward and rear halves of the case. Remove the four long recessed screws. Separate the case. Inspect the armature for cracks or excessive wear. In the case of permanent removal of the factory NiCad batery pack, you will likely want to discard the cast aluminum battery support bracket. Reassemble the halves before installing the new brushes.

Feel free to ask questions on your remote battery conversion. I've converted a dozen or more Bulldogs and Annihilators.
See this thread with my photos of one setup:
