That's like 4.5 seconds. So the same spot gets hit twice in rapid succession. Damn cool!

Not sure BooDawg. I know my phone has a super slomo setting. The quality isn't the same, but I'm guessing they are using a similar setting.

Or time lapse with separate recorded audio?

Actually looking at it again I think it's when they edit it. We see super slow motion in sports, probably the same.

Youtube page says how it's done:

Two Huge Lightning bolts
Casio EX-F1 300 fps
Slowed down up to 160x
Sound was of actual lightning recorded with another camera and slowed down to match 300 fps
1300 yds away
One bolt could not find any feelers to make connection with the ground
