With all the expertise on here, does anybody have an educated guess as to what weather patterns are likely to be seen this summer in Patagonia?

My reading indicates possibly fewer storms and more stable weather, but it's hard to find data for this part of the world.

This paper suggests a decrease in wind speed among other things....
