Sweet!! Quite an adventure.
Also a nice change from the "bolt chopping" and other shitstorms on ST of late.

Here is a video I made several years back that documents climbing in the same valley system. The Arc video sure has a higher production value, but better than bolt chopping threads by a long shot I'd say!

The one parting thought I had was....

All that bullshit for one day of climbing?

I hope he found some cuties at El Chalten at least (like those Huber brothers)

Similar to what I thought. Surprised the peak did not look striking and the rock looked like sh#t. The guys seemed stoked and said it was good though, so maybe it is good, or maybe self deception?

Video's cover shot with the guy paddling says it all...

That's awesome. No route name, no grade offered, just 'go out there and climb it.' Adventure.
Ha, funny because that was my only complaint! Good thing the world is big enough for weirdos like you and perfectly normal people like me ;)

That was my favorite part about it, my ideal adventure except they should have brought a fishing pole. It was cool that the climbing was just another part of the exploration and not necessarily the only point.

Really cool video Hoots, makes me jealous!
