It takes work to stay in shape...

Especially as you age...

It goes away quicker and it's almost like you have to double up...

My favorite about getting OLD is all the new hairs growing from the fuking strangest of places...

As a kid, I don't recall a three inch hair growing off of my right earlobe...

I am in SUPPORT of Dr F and can relate... (Though not about being a BLIMP)...

I can relate to age taking it's toll...

Lets get off Dr Fs case. He got sensitive about his weight gain, posted a thread and then choose to delete it. We should respect his wishes to not discuss it, or at least folks should stop slagging on the man. What that may only mean in reality is that he is not leading hard 5.11's. Most of us climbers take being in shape pretty serious, it sometimes amazes me what my compatriots I went to school with look like these days.

Respect the mans wishes biches. That's all I got, that and 30 extra lbs:-)

Long live Dr. F: he is usually right about everything. The fact he plainly and sometimes bluntly speaks his mind irks some people. What we have here, besides a failure to communicate, are a bunch of Lt. Daniel Kaffees: they can't handle the truth.

Dr. F, I understand being sensitive about your weight - it's normal for us, especially us climbers. We are a fragile type. I just can only hope you come to peace with your situations in life, as your obvious angst on this forum in general is indicative of an absence of peace.

I wish you peace and blessings

Craig, you didn't start, then delete this thread titled "I admit it, I'm fat"? http://www.supertopo.com/climbing/thread.php?topic_id=2422346&msg=2422359#msg2422359

Is there more than one Dr. F.?

Whatever this thread is about (cause I did not read it...I just look at the pics), that sequence looks pretty sweet! Thin crack madness (for me at least).
