I dove a couple of those spots. Maya Bay and Viking Cove. When he says "stunning Maya Bay" he wasn't kidding.

A very approximate calculation of g force suggests 14g for a duration of about 0.1 seconds. Car crashes are thought to involve as much as 100 g. Bacteria can withstand 400,000 g.
But reportedly we are most resistant to "eyes out" horizontal forces. The same approximate calculation suggests the g's for a belly flop are 2800 g.
