been reading through back issues and guidebooks, looking at climbs I want to do and his name keeps coming up as the FA.

KIA, Tibet, not even 50. anyone have stories about climbing with MB? seemed like a chill dude, if intense (anyone who climbs that stuff has to be at least a little agro). But maybe he was more blissed-out than any of us.

Looks like a hard core tough Alpinist.

Alpinists are tough and hard core.

No, I don't know him.

Didn't he make some attemps on the Devils Thumb? Maybe with Dieter??

I believe that face is still unclimbed.

I used to work with his brother. He (Mike) was a serious climber that got killed in the Himalaya/China/Tibet.
