UPDATE - SOME SH#T WENT TO SUCKERS
Will probably add some stuff later tonight, as I am still broke and don't fit into my sh#t.

Oh, hi everybody. I didn't see you walk in. Won't you have a seat?

I see by attire that you value fancy things, things of quality.

Perhaps you would be interested in some of my wares?

You see, my reasons for selling are two fold.
I have too much sh#t, and I don't fit into my sh#t.

This summer I went all Oprah (2005 edition). I took a 2 month haitus to explore the hills and enjoy the fauna (mhmm), right after a spending binge on new clothing. I come back to flashbacks from junior high wearing my cousins hand-me-downs, and dammit theres just nothing I can do with these oversized Big Dog T-Shirts.

So without further ado, here's some sh#t.

This is good sh#t. These are brand new, never been worn outside of a sad tiny room, mountain hardwear Mesa Convertable pants. Zip off, mens Large. A bit big for my 5'8" frame, and I would have to hem them and eat my Boxer, Jake, before they could get hiked in. Particularly a sad item as I was looking forward to wearing these at the gym and getting googley eyes from Yoga class. 35 bucks.

This sh#t makes me sad. I was back and forth about getting one of these Patagooch better sweaters all winter, before splurging in late may. Wore 'em once to yosemite, then stored them all summer (with my long lost headlamp in the pocket) until realizing that a Patagonia Men's Large ain't happnin'. 50 bones OBO

These followed the same path that my high school dating scene was. Once I put a woman on my foot, I wanted another woman on my foot. Or something. La Sportiva Wildcats, size 9.5. VERY cool shoes, but I have like 8 pairs of trail runners, and currently only use 1.5 of them, so I have to get rid of some of these :( sad face. Originally like a hundred bucks, yers for fifty. Worn at work once, to the DMV once, and I probably cooked a Panini in them too. Like new.

This was annoying. I bought these sight unseen, turns out they make my super fat, super high volume fat feet go numb. I guess it turns out that isn't so good for winter boots. Scarpa Vega Inverno's with the old inner boot, US10 mens. $150 for this, and I cry typing that, but it will go to a new boot. Needless to say only worn indoors, somewhat covered in my salty tears.

No problem letting this go. Metolius Fat cam, dark purple size (comparable to BD #3). Used a decent amount but sat in a haulbag for a year. Time to stop taking up space. 40 bucks.

a "crag pack." Only I don't really crag. Or if I do, I can grab one of my other 6 packs. This is a Boa from black diamond, pretty well used, very solid, full of chalk and dirt but a rugged SOB. Took it up (lol newb) my first multipitch, multipitch lead, sierra, AND high altitude route - the same route to boot!

newb + cathedral peak + 11am start = bedtime stories on descent
Good history, but good riddance. 25 bucks and its yours, another 5 and I toss in a good melody.

This ones a little weird. Brand new 50cm Venom hammer, never touched ice (or a tree, or a telephone pole...). Just decided that I wanted to try another style of axe, so picked up a nice pair of Stubais. 50 bucks, u gots it!

As far as getting the money to me so I can give you said sh#t, courier pidgeon would be preferred. However if that isn't quite reasonable, you can come see me in San Diego or Joshua Tree come this October, or send me something in the mail and maybe I mail you something back.

PM me or reply here, I know that I am selling this stuff stupid cheap but I like you guys and am weary of getting raped on craigslists.

Greg - the COOL guy!

You do have a lot of sh#t.

I have a cycling friend who claims, among other things, that you should buy the most expensive sporting stuff because then you won't be able to afford food!
BTW, if you're following the Oprah model of weight loss maybe you should keep those clothes for a while.

yeah, give me a heads up when you get down here and I'll stop by. Might get up to Idyllwild before then, if so I'll try to set something up for there.

You're giving me a regret cycle. I just gave away a TON of North Face and other outerwear to charity just to get it out of my house (most of it didn't fit anymore - shirts, pants, shorts, layers). I should have sold it instead. :(
