Our meeting this moth will be held at the REI Community Room in Boca Park on Wednesday December 16th at 7pm.

Meeting topics are as follows:

1.Year end recap - if you have any photos from an event you attended, please bring them along, We will be showing a slideshow.
2.Objectives for next year
3.Board nominations:
- President - responsible for all aspects of carrying out mission statement and communicating with climbing community and government agencies.
- Vice President - assists President where needed
- Secretary - responsible for taking meeting notes and distributing relevant information to members
- Treasurer - accurate bookeeping and informing board and members of status of money and where it is being spent
- Advisor - assist where needed in area of expertise

You do not have to be present or a paid member to nominate someone for a position. Nominations will take place today through Wed. Dec 16th and voting will take place shortly thereafter. An e-mail will be sent out about voting later this month.
