I haven't read enough yet to get a feeling for the idea and how effective it will be, but I do know enough that at least education is on the list of priorities of the current Adm. and the $ seems to be where the mouth is...
a refreshing and very needed change IMHO.

It made the news here too (I suspect because Bangalore was mentioned).

It will be interesting to see what becomes of it.
