Good work. Good pace too. Have I read it right that you placed 3 new heads at the top of pitch 3? 2 of the old ones broke on me last May.

Yea, I placed 3 heads, could have been done in two, but last time I was on the pitch there was 3 there and my lack of a chisel didn't make them very confidence inspiring.

That said, the next person up there might want to paste them in there a bit better.

Good work. I climbed Strange Brew last August and thought it both excellent and involved. All that traversing takes time and the 5.8 i.e. C1 hook traverse is freaky!

Thanks guys! I'm stoked y'all liked the trip report, too bad I forgot my good camera, all the Pics are cellphone shots...

slabby d- it is definitely a great route, quite a bit more involved then say Uni Wall, and just a hair easier then Uncle Ben.

Jim B- I'm just counting down the days now, even got the tom Evans beer beta too make sure he snaps at least a couple shots of us.

Alpamayo- she definitely a keeper, were getting married next september! But for the record the big bag only had bivy gear and clothes. I carried the ropes, gear and poop bag, as wwell as the ledge. But we definitely got some funny looks from tourists on thew walk down.
