I've posted this elsewhere on SuperTopo, but am only an occasional user of the site, and am now seeing this as a better place to post my recent "in a day" trip report.

Really helpful, thanks a lot for posting this! Looks (although I haven't tested it yet!) especially handy for thinking about how to approach and train for the aid portions of the route.
