Very nice photos! I did a similar outing for New Years (North Face of Mt. Dade dayhike). We had similar conditions. Mostly hard neve with 15M or so of water ice formed on the side. Saw Feather peak from there!

Good God, Scotty, didn't I teach you ANYthing about alpinism when you were a kid??!? The Tequila is a precious resource....far too precious to be kept in a glass bottle in a pack on an alpine climb! You can store it safely in either a nalgene container, OR, as johnny muir always said " I needed no canteen, instead relying on a large draught from a spring before beginning to fill my stomach as a ready made canteen". replace the word "spring" with "cazadores"......

Nice. Looks considerably colder than my hike up there 9/11-12/10. Pretty neat to see Royce Lakes iced over.
