Complete Palisade Traverse, in Winter

Hello all,
I gave a little teaser over on the "Winter Traverses in the Sierra Nevada" thread a few weeks back. We've also gotten some press elsewhere, but all has been lacking in any real detail or substance. Generally, I'm disappointed to click on a ST trip report and be redirected to an external page. I also dislike trip reports without pictures. But I'm a gonna dump both on you right now. Just the title had me hooked. That "teaser" just adds gasoline to the fire.

Indeed, no pictures for now. But that's just laziness. I'll get to it. Or not. Got a lot of irons in the fire. As for the "real report", this is it. The other thing I wrote up is more introspective and stuff. Ian said the above linked blog post is better than anything else I've written, including the teased "for publishing only" dealio. Nothing but the goods now. The other thing will probably shrivel up and die anyway. So, no more teasing, even here and now. Probably just poor communications... Ski season forges on...
