The 3 bolts are not safe for leading; maybe OK to locate the climb or for practice aid with a toprope belay. Also, please do not replace the bolts or place other bolts without permission from the Handley Rock Association. The real name of this climb is The Green Strip, and it is 5.10d if you go straight up; 5.10b if you exit right early on the jug.
