Thanks for the feedback! and yeh Handley is a private rock park and no bolting is allowed without permission. read all posts above/below for the most up to date beta; ((thanks again for the feedback everyone - i will delete the lead climbing info from the database - - TR only*))

Don't forget to bring a broom, dust pan and trash bag to help keep the rock clean. The neighbors appreciate it!

The standard name for this climb (if you climb near the 2 5/8" glue-in bolts) is The Overhang, and it's 5.11d at the lip. I've never seen anyone lead it in 20 years of climbing there; it would be runout above the lip. Please do not add any bolts without permission from the Handley Rock Association (the people who pay for the liability insurance and have the permit from the county to allow public access).

There are no safe lead bolts on Handleys rock. It is all top rope.
