Jingy, great video and it reminds me that I'll never go back to work for a firm that is scared of any of its employees making a mistake. I just left a firm that is culturally terrified of giving their people any freedom to be creative and grow from making mistakes. I feel sorry for everyone still at that company.

A guy mountain biking in front of me, on a path next to a river was attacked by a Canadian Goose. All I can say is the poking the goose head and neck out of his back wheel was horrific. And the goose was harmed, badly, in this incident. I hate those Cryptosporidium infested creatures.
