Nature,
I wish I could hug you right now! This is a wonderful thing and has me all choked up! You are a wonderful person for doing this....and I am sure for many other reasons as well. : )
Dad would be proud.....
We moved my mom over and so it has been an incredibly hectic couple months. I cannot wait to show her!
Family is all together for the holidays this year and just last night we were talking about him and what a great story teller he was. The tears are mostly gone now and have been replaced with many smiles when thinking of him. I get great enjoyment from frequent thoughts of something he did or said. He would have wanted nothing more.
What a difference a year makes.... : ) Thank you all so very much!
Allie

Just found out about this project. Dude, awesome that you're doing this.
How's it coming? Where'd you get the number "14,000 files"? have you considered an automated crawler program?

I honestly never saw it until today, but as an Ouch! connoisseur, I can say
that HAS to be an Ouch! original...it has all the tell tale signs of his work.
Nature, will there be a section that has some of the stuff that others posted in response to being Ouched®™?... i.e. the ones we did of Ouch!?

I'd like there to be but so far it's been a lot of work just getting his picts up and sorted.
I've been wanting to ask for help but every time I motivate to try I decide I won't get much of a response so I just don't bother.
It's sorta tricky trying to figure out just how to organize the stuff to begin with.
I think there's a bunch of stuff that was posted on this site that is not in the collection I have. It'll probably just disappear.
Ouch! posted 10K times or something like that. tough to sort through that. Even tougher trying to figure out how you'd move it from this site to another and keep it contextually relevant (e.g. keep the thread content in order)
...sigh

Wild to see this thread again. I was sitting in a coffee shop parking lot yesterday chugging my latte and thinking of Ouch. Happily I was in my car because thinking of him out of the blue brought tears to my eyes. He's so very missed.
Shack - I'd not see the shack/crimpergirl sub photo - hilarious!

hey there nature, say, are you still doing this project.... i was just curious, being that over in the old 2006 supertopo ad thread--that was just bumped recently, there is an ouch! cartoon that he made about goats and dentures...
not sure if you saw it or not, or if you had it...
well, was just lettling you know, as i think you had mentioned once that you were not sure if you had all of them, so i figured, we may as well let you know which ones pop up...
it may help you out.... :)

Hey nature,
Every time you take on any project, I am always impressed with your tenacity.
You must be entering sainthood after the time you spent on this.
Thank You.
I was not here very long before Ouch left us but it was great the way he could defuse arguments with humor and make people feel good about themselves.

as domain fees were due today it reminds me that this marks the three year anniversary of registering this domain.
I do need to get over to the site and work on a few things.
