Cant wait to get back out!!! My broken toe is almost better and climbing is just around the corner. I've started hiking again and doing trail runs. another week or two maybe before I'll be back at stoney. Miss you all. Going to do a sierra peak this weekend or scope an approach for this winter (Moonage Daydream anyone??)

I miss Stoney!!! I have climbed all over the west and I lived in Bishop for 4 years but Stoney is still the sh#t!! Crystal Ball Mantle, Crowd Pleaser, Split Desicion, Rollercoaster, Earthquake Problem are all problems I consider to be on the top of my list.

Its getting dark quite early this time of year... I guess you could say its the END of The Season...
But thats not true, the place is busy 24/7/365....
there were cars parked at 7am, on a tuesday, Maybe it was Lance, D or Katie..... getting a morning session in, before work.
Pretty handy place to have in your back yard.

Guy, you won't have to play hooky, he said "Sat or Sun" so yer good!
DMT you really have to be there on a Tues or Thursday evening to get to real Stoney experience and meet the locals. Unfortunately with the time change that scene gets messed up, since a lot of folks don't get off work until after 4pm. But weekends are still good, especially if you hang with Guyzo!

FRUMMY you need to get me some very stickey tape.

Anyway..... this is the last day of the summer season, sad sort of, but good to know the winter is comming and maybe some rain might be in our future.
Stoney sure could use a good soak, so that the "greener than real grass" will grow back along with the flowers.
