All lies, damn lies Edward. You wannabe "social engineers" have engaged in "prescribed" gorilla warfare on this and other issues from day one. The Chief realizes this and has engaged with the same tactics in spades back at your sorry asses. He deserves honor for his perseverence. Right now he's wrestling with a half dozen CAGW zombies and the whining is issuing forth from their dead head lips.
The idea that your side wants to engage in civil mediation on the policy issue is laughable. As Base, others and i have repeatedly pointed out a solution for the imaginary problem is at hand. That is: Replace Coal with NG for power generation, convert large portions of the transportation sector from refined petroleum to Ng, construct many new generation nuclear plants in sensible geologically stable locations rather than in politically chosen locales, take the huge sums wasted on repetitive studies of false scenarios of climate doom and put it into R&D to solve the storage problem and other problems with "green energy". You guys always reject the sensible in favor of punitive taxation and regulatory controls to micro manage and impoverish the populace.
All lies, damn lies.

You know Fort, try as i might, i often find myself laughing at your illustrations. This forum, is after all, just entertainment. Which brings me to a suggestion; you could have a respectable future in cartooning if you could just seperate yourself from that government welfare dependency program at Sandia.

Read it agsin Ed, I believe I said imaginary problem. Now the damn lies part is mainly the contention that The Chief and/or our side are the sole uncivil parties. The CAGW side started the guerilla warfare and now whine about the in kind response. The science of CAGW is a complete crock of shet. Sometimes It seems you actually believe in it all and at those times I wonder about the sanity of such an intelligent and accomplished man such as yourself. I know, I know because of our ignorance our understanding of the science is nil

This thread has zero substance now. There is no purpose for anyone to keep it alive. It bumps threads like Sean Leary's from the front page and is therefore a nuisance. I urge everyone to leave Chief alone to wallow in his pathetic, narcissistic, misery. After all, this is about all he seems to do all day.
I know that I have sure wasted time trying to explain things, only to be met with childish insults backed with zero substance.

I fully agree. I post things that have nothing to do with The Blower, but that doesn't matter. The Blower steps in and make sure that only thing we see is his childish ways.
What a pitiful life it must be, to be so despised by the wonderful folk in this SuperTaco community.

Not exactly.
The street became overtaken by the overly-bulbous Clown Car, and the folks who wanted a real discussion decided to let them have it. It likens much of the propaganda, arguments, strategies and tactics of anti-nuclear partisans to those of the climate change denialists.

Oh, we're not in trouble. 150 years of burning fuels non-stop 24-7, the emergence of unregulated industry in third world countries coupled with a 7 billion person population that can't feed itself means nothing. Polluted oceans, rampaging commercial fishing industries that long-line any living thing in the way, polluted rivers, lakes, puddles, streams, rain water, etc. It's all good.
