Neebs...you know sciatica (a collection or symptoms)
Can be caused by a herniated disk...or so I read.
Have been on this way over a year now, full on PT,
Diet, legs working good. 3 months on the bike,
Thing seems to reverse its self - as I've read: sitting
Activities can make it worse. Sure did. So...gotta go
To the doc. Curious now. W/ non invasive methods,
I don't think it's as grim as it used to be.
Anyway, very lucky I got things to do indoors, and health
Insurance.
Not kidding about new area in south San Diego tho. :)
