About 16 hours.
Or, if don't have a catheter and don't drive 30% over the speed limit, and do stop for a meal and to stretch your legs now and again...
...about 20 hours.

It is 16 - 18 hours of driving time, assuming decent conditions, and that one doesn't drive much over the speed limit. That is, 10 - 15 kph over, so not attention-getting. But that doesn't allow for border lineups, getting past Portland and Seattle (and possibly Sacramento), poor weather, accidents, highway work, vehicle issues, stopping for anything but gas and a pee, etc.
It's usually somewhat longer, although once or twice I've left Yosemite quite early in the morning, and got home at midnight or a bit later.
The key is steady driving and few stops.
