Bill,
news arrives in MI too...albeit, at its own pace...and I thank you for your words.
Three months after the fact, most people have put the grief behind...but, for those who got hit hard and deep by the loss, it is the time when the sky and the land are shrouded in gray, when the fog is thickest, when the silence is implacable.

Indeed, remembering John's grace is the only glimmer of light by which we can orient ourselves in this vast ocean of suffering.

Again, thank you for your tribute. paola

Paola, I have done nothing but think of John and his leaving this transcendental world since July 5. Know Lucy, and all her family and R. Kauk along with D. Yerian and many friends from Mammoth and other places along with John's very caring family have felt the same. Deep, deep loss. Rarely, I might say does a death impact so many and so deeply.

Each day as I live the day I think of you and all the tremendous feelings and thoughts you must process each moment of loss. I am further down the same path.

So, P. please pray for me and all those that want to honor and respect John this weekend in an informal, public celebration of life - memorial to him in Camp 4. Pray that it works and jb is remembered greatly by many, in many ways. Thanks and Peace, lynnie

No worries Lynne...John would never miss a party in his honor, you know that. He will be there with you, just find the quiet place inside you and you will hear him.
All the best to you and everyone there!!

You, like JB, have a way with words.

I wish you the very best.

So, it's @ 10:30 Friday nite. Van about half loaded. Glad I work out. Lifting @ 75 lb plus ice chests into van was a wee bit of work.
Don't think Ana's gonna have any room for her stuff. Be mo fun if had some one laughin' at my sorry attempts to organize hundreds of pounds of party fun.....:DDD Peace is good.

Joey F. you are really the best ! Thanks for the fun and the laugh. It's great how yo could see it was not pretty. hehehe. lynnie was sore pressed NOT to swear. How could my huge van be packed. Ana is not going to be happy. No more room.

It's GOOD tho. Half the stuff is for The Bad Rock Man and our Friend JB. Celebrate his life and love the life he lived Sunday Camp 4. Peace, and see yo all Sunday nite. Lynnie
