Just talked to lynn on the phone a few minutes ago;..she wanted to sent some books to joshua tree for the Gilje fundraiser-party. She will be out of country so won't be able to attend, but that was way cool of her to "step up" and help out. Horray for Lynn!

I've had amazing experiences with my wife directly due to Lynn inspiring my short little wife to keep climbing. Now my wife is a great climber and we have had amazing times. Thanks Lynn!

This woman is the real deal -- a completely class act. Not only is she a great climber (I would say "greatest woman climber" but that would be to denigrate her achievements) but a great human as well.
My daughter, Alex, met her at Stanford University last year and was simply blown away by Lynn's easygoing and accessible nature. She is everything you want a role model to be, and then some. Long may she run. DP
