That's right you heard it here first, as of right now the Winslow Memorial Day Weekend celebration is a guys only event. Although reality can be harsh, I speak for all when I say we would rather keep this a 'sausage fest' than get desperate....

Tami - pretty sure mountain in distance is the San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff. Highest point in Arizona, Mt. Humphreys (12,670' or some such).

Friday night, or saturday morning. On Saturday morning I'd like to canoe in and see if that log jam that prevented us from getting to the climbing area is still there.
If that thing is there it will be a deep water solo day, if not - its a free-for all!

I think I'll just do sushi one night (Sunday) but bring a little extra rice incase a truck load of SHF's show up looking for bait.
$15-$20 each should cover you pathetic thugs.

indeed we've been outed. As a matter of fact I've been contacted by a number of potential attendettes . But, they all had some questions they wanted answered. So here goes, I'll try to address what I can.
#1 question has seemed to be 'Am I going to get ogled?'
A: My best answer is a definite 'yes'. We will try to keep control. You can adjust your self esteem level by removing, or adding clothing as you see fit.
#2 Are we going to end up sleeping in the dirt with you?
A: Well we will be sleeping in the dirt. The rest is entirely up to you.
#3 Are you guys going to climb anything cool?
A: Yes

Dang it ya'll - yer timing sux!!! I'm gonna be at Mt. Shasta, then in The Valley for a week-&-a-half. I wanna do it all! wwwwaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!! ;-(
Though I did just get back from Indian Creek - had the whole Generic Crack wall and all of Supercrack Butress to ourselves!!! (The secret is to climb when they're in the sun and a 95 degree reflector oven.)

AT Winslow Wall Circling Sharks 5.10+ and sandy!
The photographer somehow missed the pics of me decking into the boat flat on my back. Two falls into the boat.....the doctor still gave me the onsight because he said I didn't pull on any gear. An interesting topic.
Poor Riotch probably wanted a helmet on as there was some shedding going on in the crack
I was getting kind of pumped, but managed to pull it off:)
