OK, I realize the rock hoes outnumber the real climbers here but this is some serious training shizz y'all can benefit from.
And I'm not just bein' magnanimous, I've an ulterior motive (wink, wink).
I was going through my library and came across this bit of wisdom from an erudite tome all climbers should reference frequently for training tips and general head conditioning...
I guess y'all such noobs yous needs a little quiz to stretch all 8 of youz brain cells...
Since ya might not be smart 'nuff to turn the 'puter upside down
instead of standin' on yur heads like a reall climber wud here's the answers...
