I'm in the design phase of a woodie, and want to put in a pair of cracks that'll go across a roughly 12' long roof, well up the wall then onto the roof. One crack will be in the corner and I'm thinking of making it hand size, the other crack will be a splitter the center of the roof and I'm thinking fist size. I'm also planning on hitting sections with a disk sander to add some flares and keep it from being a monotonous size.
The thought on the woodie is in the corner of the garage, 16' on one side, 8' on the other with the walls overhanging about 2' then a roof that'll be about 12' long.
Any input appreciated.

Take any measure necessary, or possible, to make the things
adjustable.
Shims, moving parts, something...
You'll get stale after a couple years of staring at the same
size which you already have wired...
New size, new life!!!
