Drove up to Yosemite this weekend, from the South, trying to check out So. Yosemite spots, and ended up driving into the Valley via Merced. Never entered through Merced, and while approaching the Valley West of the Arch Rock station, noticed a large slab of rock to the North of the Merced River which looked to offer a lot of route potential. Anybody know what I'm talking about ?? Valley was wet and dead as far as climbing, and bailed out Sunday morning with forecasts of snow later that day. Thanks
