Gunkie, I feel your pain. It's hard to find a good peanut butter ice cream that hasn't been infiltrated by chocolate. Best one I've had to date is Haagen's "Peanut Butter Bender". There's so much peanut butter in it you have to chew the ice cream. Nirvana! I can only have it when I visit the folks in Pennsylvania though. Haven't found it on West coast. :(

Here, I just get the best vanilla I can find and mix in my own peanut butter. Gotta do what you gotta do.

They stopped making it some time ago, but I'd kill for another pint of Ben&Jerry's Wavy Gravy flavor.

Short of that, one of the small local outfits here in SLC makes a Bailey's Chip that is very good.

Chunky Monkey by Ben and Jerry is my favorite, but I'm always afraid I'm going to crack a molar chomping down on those huge chocolate chunks.
