I got some of these for xmas. I plan to use them more for having something to pull on when I'm traveling someplace where I'm cut off from real climbing (like now) than as a regular workout.
I'm just not sure what to do with them after I've done my three pull-ups. Do any of yunz have a regimen that you've used to good or entertaining effect?
Merry Christmas

Melissa, I like my Rock Rings. Like em more than a warrior board.
Don't have any tips other than using the different pockets to do your pullups

you can actually get a pump with those things. hang on them with your feet on a chair to take some weight off. hang a few minutes. you can shake out while you're hanging too.

Thanks for the link. Mine are actually knock-offs and didn't have a brochure. When I googled "rock rings" I just got many pages of items for sale.

For starters, hang straight arms for 15 seconds, rest 15 seconds...repeat 10 times--best 5 minute endurance workout evah. Try for 3 to 5 sessions a day.
A few weeks to a month and you'll notice your gained contact strength on the rock.
Quickest and simplest workout I have tried for best results.
Good luck and have fun.
