Gas is cheaper though, so road trips may actually be more economical now than they were earlier in the year.
More camping, less motels/hotels/condos.
And yeah, it's winter, so for those of us who ski and snowboard there will probably be more climbing going on since lift tickets are so God awful expensive!

I'm only 11 days into being laid-off and I'm already planning on a spring climbing trip. My gear is in decent shape, my car works, gas is $1.55/gal, and I'm actually getting in climbing shape and moving away from apple shape.
