It's looking like the West Coast weather is going to suck from next Wed. through the weekend. I checked 10-day forecests for Idyllwild, Jtree, San Jose, and even Las Vegas...all 40% to 60% chance of moist rocks.

Forecasting 10 days out is touch and go, let get some vibes going on to delay the system a week or so.

this totally could suck.

Remember that this is Cal and we don't really have weather. I've poked around Josh in a snowstorm and it was as cool as climbing, if different.

It only sucks if you make it that way. We're not talking about alpine freesolo sort of consequences.

I used my ice axe to chip ice from my freezer walls.

It's time for snow!

I don't mind snow, I've been in Josh in the snow, it's the soggy rain that's a bitch.

I'm still stoked to go, don't get me wrong, there's tons of sh#t to do down there. I may bring one of them there outdoor patio things though.

Maybe it's time for you to learn to aid....

Anyhow the weather will be fine in cochise - so if the weather turns we'll just head down there.
