If there's one thing I can't stand, its a poseur who currently resides in Tennessee!

DMT: "I don't LIVE in Tennessee (duh!). That's where I'm FROM!"

Well Mr. Davis, over the years I've been reading these climber's forums, I've
read some inspiring stuff from Dingus. Damn good writing, I might add.

But, Mr. Davis, with your reading/comprehension ability, and your knack to spin
on top of that, I think you should go to work for for the McCain campaign.

Anything posted on that subforum is quite amusing... 'alpine / ice' on rockclimbing.com, hahaha :)

Pick up a copy of Eastern Sierra Ice by SP Parker .. I remember an interesting account by Mr. DMT about the v-notch (research left to the reader as an exercise).

Is this a Dingus appreciation thread?
Those yarns of his are a pleasure to unravel.
