Pink Floyd in the Rose Bowl on the "Division Bell" tour was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I also saw the "animals" Tour in Portland Ore a long time ago......Both singular events.

Rest in Peace

I saw them twice. The first time was in 70 or 71 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, about the time Mettle came out. It was an amazing show where they had speakers every 20 feet or so around the entire place. They played on and on and the everyone in the audience was flying on cid, though that's pretty much SOP for their concerts then.

The other time was in the summer of 72 at the Hollywood Bowl. They had an array of searchlights behind the bowl, blowing great visuals like the sun's rays. This was the first time they performed Dark Side of the Moon (at least rumor had it) and it was simply the best. I remember it vividly to this day
