Went to Valley of Fire but got no climbing in due to the high winds,however we did get to appreciate the possibilities,of which I am sure Ron has already done long ago

VOF would be great for a Sushifest

We did get to see a Gila Monster to

Returned back to Red Rock to do some climbing the next day at Willow Springs ,where the wildlife viewing continued

We then headed over to N'plus ultra area and climbed Pillar Talk
a 2 pitch 5.7

First pitch crack heading up to the roof

Second pitch stemming

Checking out a great flake next to us from this climb we had to climb the next route.I don't think it was in the guidebook

We then moved over and did Sleeper,a fun 5.9 Wendell route but didn't get any pictures
Hope to see everyone out there next week

How in the heck do you climb with gloves on?! I am assuming these are hand jammies or some such thing, but jesus, they suck! Why would you restrict yourself in such a manner?

G Gnome I chewed up the back of my hands over the last few weeks and had to wear fingerless gloves to keep the bandages in place
I HATE gloves and should have been taping up from the start but left it to late.

Hey IC,

Nice TR, thanks.

We were in RR this weekend as well, Thurs Fri in BVC. Sat in Pine Creek, wow that is a really pretty canyon this time of year. Sunday at Sunny and Steep wall. Unfortunately we only took about 10 pictures, of which none were great. I gotta work on that.
