Nope,

I just lived for music since a very young young age. First album I purchased myself or rather my mother purchased for me was Ozzy Osborn Bark At The Moon. That was fourth grade. Did the death metal hair band thing till I was in my early teens then came punk rock and hard core. I was a skeeter kid. That carried me to my first joint and the rest is history. I followed the music to every smock filled corner of this great country in search of great music and good drugs. If there was good drugs there normally was good music. If there was good music there was usually good drugs. I guess I liked both lol...

Clearly you can see I have an eclectic musical taste as does it seem you do also..

Really vampire weekend.

I listened to that the other day when it was posted and I was shocked. I feel like I remember them for years ago and they sucked?

I like the link from a couple days ago..

Jefe: no problem you have yet to post anything I do not like. You have darn good taste in music. My guess is we are about the same age?

Yeah that's the problem with newer music it just does not have enough substance to keep coming back to decade after decade..

Bands like The Decemberist, Death Cab, and Modest Mouse, Jack Johnson "yeah how did he get in there" Ben Harper on the bandwagon with a bit late and they are really the newest music I like that I don't get sick of.

I like plenty of newer music but it just doesn't not have enough substance to keep me interested long term.

Maybe I'm just getting old. F*#k I don't even know 3/4 of the guest on the late show anymore on any given day....

Yeah OCD music it was one of Tahoe days for me too!

Pulse,

Not the most popular Pink Floyd album but I liked it. I guess I am kinda a die hard floyd fan though..

F*#king gold,

Band is actually a little hard to listen to for me. It was a rough time in my life when I was really into them. Some music has that affect on me if it was a really hard time or spell of my life sometimes as good as a band may be I can never listen to the again..

I torture myself with these guys but man do they strum the string of my heart..
