The Short Man talks with his guitar, mostly. When he does speak, he's as brief as he is tall. This is apparently how money talks, above. No Blueshitt from Top Dog. Un like with Mouse, who could go squeaking along most of the night. I hear CMac's gonn
Some people use their hands and arms to express themselves. This is a typical old school expression of appreciation for the old-old school.
zB - well, after i left Kaiser another doctor, a woman general practitioner (GP) was persistant & not fully convinced of their (neurologists, specialist, etc) findings and eventually tracked the source of it down. so i owe her my life. ya havta take the good with the bad.
EDIT: ^^ doesn't give you alot of good feeling about the medical world. Diabetes is a horrible disease, my sister suffered from Type I from the time she was seven. It's heartening to hear that your back on track (bad pun).
Good thing to stay of those mainlines, better to march to the beat of a different drummer
Most folks probably wouldn't be interested, but you can fire up both drums videos at the same time and get a sort wayout video, pseudo-quadraphonic rapture going on. If you know what I mean.

check out another crosscut saw - the long gone Hindu Love Gods
zb, those guys pop into my mind simply because I got to sit within 15 feet of each at one time or another as they performed.
Buddy Miles around 1974, he was rockin back and forth on his perch as he was wailing. He had a man stationed behind him to hand him sticks as he was playing and tossing them. He started rocking a little too much and about lost his balance. The stick man, sensing danger of such a large man falling on him, literally dove off the platform. Buddy reached back for a stick, never realizing what happened to his man.
That kind of sticks in my mind.

Cobham played a small jazz club in New Orleans, Rosie's, and I was with a photographer friend. His skills were amazing.
Levon is just Levon and I saw him at one of his Rambles.
Ginger Baker, I started to include his name; but not for his skills as much as his shoe selection at the Cream Reunion at Royal Albert Hall 2005.
Even more amazing is how Baker & Bruce produce such magic with all the animosity between them.
I now know there was/is a feud between Baker and Bruce.I coulld've gone the rest of my life knowing nothing and been happy. Thanks, you guys. I'm not gonna be friends with you today. I'm taking my tin horn, too.
And Remember the Drum Solo a la Inna gouda da cheesa?
It's about the same as the original by the Iron Butterfly.
And this is @ the same.
More music from that era, with that "contemporary" Big Beat sound. Lots of woodwinds...oboes, French horns, strings.
1966 or so. I hadn't even gone off to college when Illya's star got dimmer and the SF music scene brightened. It's all good now, though, in fact, they are just Ducky.
This one is totally out of the ball park. It's been hit over the bay from Giants land and landed in the O-Plex or whatever they call the Oakland park. It's David Lee Roth, WBraun's little buddy, heh.
JUST Like Livin' In Paradise.
David "Ho-man" Lee Roth, aka "Sloth"
