Marlow - "My ignorance is impressing." -- lol, but NOT so! For instance, the classic, Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty, I got from yer post last May, & listen to regularly cuz it's timeless & hipnotic. And a gazillion others songs like Splitter Pine/Dum Dum Boys, etc! And if I thanked ya every time we would be at post 11600+, instead of 11552! There is such a wealth of talented artist, what a great time for us music fans to be alive, eh? Thnx, bro!
btw, which lead me to this version of Baker Street, and a couple others...
Marlow - here's some more JZ (avante-gard composer/sax & multi instrument player) he wrote 300 songs for this II ('04) follow-up
on Massada Book I ('92)! Gifted, to say the least! He is the epitome of why people go to music school/study music, eh? ...
I believe Glenn Danzig's voice is right up there with Jim Morrison & Elvis. The dude has a lot of depth also, he's wrote songs for Johnnie Cash & others. He could have easily branched out into other singing/music genre's. But, he's so attached to his image as a badazz & his fans that he has boxed himself in, imo! But, he prollie don't giva sh#t what i think, lol! Talk about stage presence, he owns it...
zorn is all over the place with seemingly endless energy. He's cranked out more bands, soundtracks, covers and genres than posts on this thread.
Some of his stuff is way out there; farther than I can get into.
ZB, enjoyed the different renditions of.. Midnight special...Harry B's and Little R's were my favorite...
