Whenever I see a small white fluffy dog I always think of Happi's dear ole Teddy. I thought I had gotten the pic when the dog was looking at me .... But considering I was doing this in traffic it was the best I could do.

The Vet called today. Nothing to worry about!
It was a tumor of some sort, but it's benign, and they got all of it.
Thanks everyone for your concern. I was worried myself. She has a cancer history. That hairless patch on her left leg is from radiation treatment needed to kill a malignant melanoma growth found when she was 2. ( she'll be 8 on Friday )

Chaz, I'm so glad for you! It's always so hard with our pets because we can't explain anything to them.

Jan,
The worst of it is that they can't explain anything to us! Mine try, I simply can't understand what they are trying to say.

Chaz, good news! I love that Doberman.
I've come to realize that dog people are a whole different 'breed'. They tend to have a special compartment in their hearts reserved for their dog friends.
One of those things that you just can't explain unless you've felt it. It's hard to describe, and hard to portray the way a dog reacts with it's 'owner'.

Some days you just need some positivity. Loving all the doggies pictured here, all doggies really. Even the ones that annoy me at first grow on me in the end. I'm a sucker for puppy love.

life s a bitch, could not make it without a dog. My dog spent three hours outside today sitting in the snow, waiting patiently (with no luck) for a squirrel to come down from a tree. Or dashing around the forest through deep snow tracking turkeys. After those adventures she now lies curled up and napping, nose under her tail husky style. Does anyone not smile when they see a curled-up sleeping dog?
