So many great pics in this thread.
I almost got another rescue last week but someone beat me to him. It was a lab/cattle dog mix with a year old eye wound (kicked by a horse or beaten), he had also been shot at some point and still had a bullet lodged in his shoulder. The local shelter removed the injured eye and posted a photo. When I saw him I knew I wanted "one eyed Jack" but I wasn't quick enough. I guess it wasn't meant to be...this time.

Not mine but this was a 220 lbs St bernard I bumped into while skiing in Grimentz Ch last year. Biggest pup I have ever seen. Nuts!
