That was taken at my father in law's. Castle Rock is on the opposite ridge, out of view to the right. Monterey Peninsula in the distance.

A new study shows that dogs yawn when their 'owners' yawn but not when strangers yawn.

I'm not sure who funded this study.

Good luck, Bad Climber.

Lagunitas Brewery.

That's such a happy place. I'd have tears of joy in my eyes, except there's no crying in bars.

Corgis are great dogs! My Django is getting out his stitches tomorrow. The boy's fine. It was just a little phatty tumor.

Why would anyone want anything other than a corgi, right Edge?

They're probably not for everyone, but we sure have a mutually beneficial relationship with our two.

It seems like no one can pass them on the trail without mentioning how short their legs are. (Really? I've never noticed that before; thanks for pointing that out! Maybe you can challenge them to a race and I'll put my paycheck against yours on the winner.)

They're pretty tough for their size too. My vet is fond of saying that they were bred to be kicked in the head repeatedly by cattle and come back for more.

It's nice having a dog who can be trusted completely around kids.

they did a bunch and it was on burst mode so it was just luck really.
