Mount Whitney is about the most photographed peak in the Sierra Nevada. Post your Mt. Whitney shots here...sorry, mine are all reposts.

Thank you for the lovely photos! A reminder of what we've all come here for.

Edit: Sorry, I don't have any photos of it myself. Earlier editorial remark deleted.

Jody don't ever sell your camara gear like you threatened to in the other thread. I would miss seeing your images. I climbed North Peak on Sat and as I was hiking out past Saddlebag lake and the only person we saw all day was a guy walking around solo taking pictures. It took a few minutes for us to catch up to him from when we first saw him. My first thought was that I wonder if that is Jody? It was that time of the day and the lighting was in that magical state. we spent some time that evening at the Rowell Gallery untill we got kicked out. (Sorry if this is off topic)

Jerry we wanted to catch your show but couldn't pull it together. Bummer!!

T2 I don't take many photos anymore...seriously not that gung-ho about it, thanks anyway though. My one trip through the 20 Lakes Basin and to the summit of Conness was ruined by a defective diaphragm in my lense that I didn't find out about until the photos were developed.

For some reason, photos make me happy. Yall can keep reposting photos. I don't care. I have pictures on my wall that I look at everyday. I still like them.

Thanks. Beautiful photos. :-)
